Yoga Flow for All Levels

With its foundation in a Hatha Vinyasa practice, this class draws inspiration from many different styles and sources. It includes meditation, breath practices, flow sequences, and meditative exploration of the poses, or asanas. In each class you will stretch and strengthen through a series of poses and practices followed by a guided relaxation and savasana to soothe and support you, body, mind and spirit. All levels welcome.


Gentle Yoga Flow

An easy going gentle Hatha Yoga practice. Perfect for those who are new to yoga, this class is a “light” version of our All Levels classes.


Yoga for the People!

Our donation based class. An offering intended to make practicing yoga more accessible. Come be part of this wonderful community of practitioners. Gathering every Sunday morning, all levels welcome, pay what you can.


Corporate Yoga Training

A certified yoga and meditation instructor will come to your workplace and lead employees in a well designed yoga practice. A class can be customized for the needs of your group.


Chair Yoga

Chair yoga classes can be designed and led offsite by a certified chair yoga instructor to meet the needs of various populations.


Private Yoga

We are available to provide a customized practice for you to address your specific needs and goals, or for groups (birthday parties, wedding parties, etc.). Please call or email if you are interested and we will be happy to work with you in creating your practice or event.

Yoga for the People! Donation

your first class

Wear comfortable clothing.


Traditionally yoga is practiced on an empty stomach, 1-2 hours after a light snack and 3-4 hours after a heavy meal.


Please advise the teacher if you have any preexisting or current injuries or if you are pregnant.


Bring your own yoga mat if you have one. We have studio mats and many props available for you to use as well.


Please arrive a few minutes early to sign a registration form.
